South Leeds PCT
South Leeds Primary Care Trust is the NHS trust responsible for providing local health services to 148,000 patients in South Leeds.
The previous website contained a lot of useful information, but the design and structure was cluttered and confusing. The PCT asked Reflex to provide a redesign of the website and provide a set of templates for the in-house IT department to implement.
The idea behind the chosen design was “People helping people”, in other words, bringing the focus away from facts and statistics and back to the patients and staff (people). The new design was clean, simple and lightweight and using XHTML and CSS allowed the content to be accessible to any internet device.
